TCAN Volunteer Training

The TCAN volunteer training, launching soon, is designed to ensure you’re fully prepared for your role. Through the training platform, you’ll access all the tools and resources needed to complete your required training and certifications. Be sure to check back in the near future! Here’s how it works:

  1. Access the Training Platform 
    • Once you’re registered as a TCAN volunteer, you’ll receive instruction on how to access the training platform.
    • Log in to view your assigned role-specific course.
  2. Complete Role-Specific Training
    • Inside your course, you’ll find links to the IRS Link & Learn website, where you will complete the required training and certification exams for your role.
    • Follow the instructions provided to access the correct modules on Link & Learn.
  3. Submit Your Certificates
    • After completing the Link & Learn training, download your certificates of completion.
    • Upload your certificates directly to the training platform to confirm your training is complete.
